Miss V. Hveger, in a free-style swim, covered 1000 metres in 14min 12.3 sec, beating her own world record of 14min 35.65 ec, and covered the half-mile in llmin lG.lsec, beating Miss Leonors Kight's record of llmin 36.45ec.
