LONDON, -March 1.

A message received at Bayonne from San Sebastian states that the insurgents captured in the Bay of Biscay the Spanish freighter Fernando L. de Ybarra, with a cargo of 6000 tons of minerals consigned to England^ and have taken her to Pasajes and imprisoned the crew. A Paris message states that the French freighter Marie-Louise le Borgne was damaged by a mine off Barcelona, in the same sector as the Llandovery Castle.
