ALTERED LBW RULE
LONDON, February 27.
The Marylebone Cricket Club will hold a special meeting on May 5 to amend the rules to give effect to the new lbw rule tried in the last two years, by which a batsman can be out to a ball coming in from the off if, in the opinion of the umpire, it would, have hit the wicket.
