MINE STRIKE ENDS
NORTH WALLARAH DISPUTE
SYDNEY, February 28. • Thirty coal-miners armed with cases of gelignite, detonators, and fuses, who began a "stay-in" strike in the North Wallarah colliery and barricaded the only two entrances to the colliery, due to a dispute regarding the amount of coal to be filled into the skips since the introduction of the electric driller, have left the pit.
The strike ended on terms which are V reported to be satisfactory to the &O miners and the officials. There were IA joyful scenes at the pithead when the *«, strikers rejoined their families.
