M. K. MILLINERY, LTD.
The results of. his recent visit to America, Great Britain, and the Continent were outlined by Mr. H. Koning, chairman of directors of the M.K. Millinery, Limited, Auckland, at the annual meeting this week. He anticipated substantial benefits to the company as a result. At the close of the meeting the directors held a special meeting and decided to proceed with an option to take over a hat and cap manufacturing business. The retiring director, Mrs. M. Koning, was reelected. . , ■
Australasian Paper and Pulp Co., Ltd., has declared interim dividends, half-yearly, preference, and ordinary, at 8 per cent, per annum; payable March 18. . .■-.-..
