DUKE WANTS TO SELL
TRANSFER OF MINERAL RIGHTS OPPOSED

EDMONTON, February 26.
: The Duke of Windsor has notified the Government that he intends to sell his Alberta ranch and has asked what is his status in respect to oil and mineral rights. The Government is adopting an Order in Council declaring that the rights are not transferable for ten years.
