ALBERTA PROPOSAL

RELIEF FOR FARMERS

EDMONTON, February 25.

The Premier, Mr. W. Aberhart, has submitted a proposal to the Legislature to declare a moratorium on all debts. The Dominion Mortgage Association offers to wipe out all arrears of interest on farms in drought districts before 1935, with a reduction in interest to 6 per cent, for 193 V. __
