TOBACCONIST FINED

Pleading guilty before-Mr.".E.D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's' Court today to a charge of using the shop of which, he was the occupier as a common gaming-house, William James, a tobacconist, aged 25, was today fined £10 and costs. Detective-Sergeant li. E. Revell, ,wh« prosecuted, said that the accused carried on the business of hairdresser and tobacconist at 63 Hobart Street,'Miramar. Yesterday Detective G.
