Including £611 brought forward, £155,462 is available tor distribution. Dividends at the unaltered rates of 12J per cent, on the ordinary shares, and 8 per cent, on the preference shares, absorb £111,856 After transferring £43,000 to general reserves, a balance of £616 is carried forward.
