THEATRE, MIRAMAR. Gary Cooper in the title role of "Mr. Deeds Goes to Town"-screening finally tonight at , the Capitol Theatre, gives one of his best performances as a young, unsophisticated man from the country who suddenly finds himself the heir to a vast fortune. Jean Arthur, supporting Gary Cooper, also gives a very fine performance.
