WELLINGTON CORDAGE CO.
The annual general meeting of'the Wellington Cordage Co., Ltd., was held yesterday. . ,
Mr; E. -M. Boiilton presided as acting chairman of the company. Before the meeting commenced those present stood as a mark of respect to the late Mr. J. S. Swan, who had been a director of the company since its incention. •
The report and balance-sheet were adopted.
There were two candidates for the position of director, Mr. E. M. Eoulton the retiring director, and Mr. C. V B* Swan. On the voting Mr. Boulton was elected.
Mr. E. W. P. Bucholz was re-elected auditor for the ensuing year.
