JUMP FROM TOP OF CLIFF

SYDNEY, This Day.
A man threw himself over the cliff at Echo Point, Katoomba, falling 1000 feet into the valley below. A search party found the body impaled on a tree stump. It has been identified as that of George "Wilkinson, aged 35, a Sydney bookmaker.
A young woman whom 'Wilkinson asked to hold his overcoat witnessed the tragedy.
