CASES WITHDRAWN
A number of cases filed lor hearing by the Court have been withdrawn, and while some may be replaced by amended applications, it can be assumed that the applicants have decided to adopt the*4o-hour week in the majority of cases. Victor Plasters, Ltd., Auckland. New Zealand Electric Storage Batteries. C. W. Price, manufacturing chemist, Christchurch. Brush manufacturers (Bunting and Co., Ltd.).
