EASTBOURNE
An active afternoon was spent at Eastbourne , yesterday. The senior pupils of the school under adult supe" vwion were taken to the motor camp ni, 6;^ 1"*?,1^ hundre- d tree* were planted. One street was planted with miniature gums for the encouragement of honey-eafing birds. Until dark work was carried out inspecting the toees planted .between Day's Bay and Eastbourne last Arbor Day. Ninety per cent, of the trees have survived
