LONDON, August 5. The "News Chronicle" says that the British Medical Association is privately discussing plans for the co-operation of doctors throughout th° world in an effort ito prohibit poison gas warfare. The council of the association is investigating the question as a preliminary to approaching doctors and scientists in other countries.
