FIRST LOSS OF SEASON

OAMARU, August 5. The ■ unbeaten Rugby record of the Timaru Boys' High School this season was broken by Waitaki Boys' High School, which won the senior annual fixture by 16-6 and the junior 16-5. With the advantage of a strong wind Timaru led 6-3 in the first speli oi tne senior game, but, changing over. Waitaki added 13 points. Walton was the outstanding back on the field, scoring two brilliant tries for Waitaki.
