DETENTION OF STRIKE LEADERS

JERUSALEM, August 3.

The High Court has issued a writ of habeas' corpus requiring the District Commissioner to submit reasons why; Hassan Sidky Dajani, an Arab strike leader, should not be released from * concentration camp.

This is regarded as a test case to determine whether the Government haa the right to detain ! all other Arab leaders.
