Approximate production expenditure, £30. Severe frosts diminished water supply, so that most of the time was devoted to tunnel work and neces-' sary preparations for installing goldsaving devices at Golden Gully. A considerable amount of snow has fallen, and as soon as the thaw sets in an ample water supply cai> be anticipated, which will permit gold production in Duffers Gully and Golden Gully simultaneously. The extension money, £124, for the month of August in connection with the option tp London has been received.
