GREATER J. D. WILLIAMS.

Shareholders in Greater J. D. Williams Amusement Company, Ltd., elected Messrs. Stuart F. Doyle, K. W. Asprey, John Goulston, N. B. Rydge, A. M. Davey, and R. G. Gregory as directors. Mr. Rydge said that the board would be as one in an effort to place the company once more on the dividend-paying list. At a subsequent meeting of directors, Mr. N. B. Rydge was elected chairman of directors of the company, and Messrs. S. F. Doyle and N. B. Rydge were appointed to represent the company on the directorates of Greater Union Theatres, Limited, and Australasian Films (Holdings), Limited.
