CHINESE INJURED
(Special to the "Evening Post.")
PALMERSTON N., This Day. While walking along the main highway near Longbum on Saturday night, a Chinese named Sam Long, of Longburn, came into collision with a car driven by Mr. Charles Mayhew and was injured. He was taken to the Palmerston North Hospital with injuries to his scalp. His condition this morning was satisfactory. It is understood that the dazzling lights of an approaching car were responsible for the accident.
