WOOLBROKERS' DIVIDEND.

Directors of Pitt, Son, and Badgery, Ltd., Sydney, have decided to recommend to the annual meeting of shareholders a final dividend at the rate of 12J per cent, per annum. With an interim dividend at the rate of 74 per cent, per annum, the year's dividend is 10 per cent. Since 1929, when the year's- dividend was 10 per cent., the annual distribution has been steady at 7i per cent.
