TRUSTEE CORIPANY'S DIVIDEND.
The secretary, Stock Echange Assor ciation of New Zealand, has been' a.ct vised by the Trustees, Executors, and Agency Co. of Melbourne that the directors have decided, subject to audit, to recommend to shareholders at the ordinary general meeting to be held on August 20, payment of a dividend at the rate of 8 per cent.-per annum for the six months ended June 30, 1936. Transfer books of the company close August 6 to August 20. .
