UPPER HUTT COURT

Casas in the Upper Hutt Court yesterday were dealt with by, Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M. _ Exceeding the licensed load cost Richard Benge 30s. John Mitchell was fined 30s for exceeding the road load limit, and £1 for operating a heavy traffic vehicle without first obtaining a-licence. 'Fines of £1 each were imposed on William Davis and Max Fry for not having a' driver's licence. For exceeding the licensed load, James Judge was fined 30s.
