During the month the committee gave Mrs. White, the member chosen to go to the Dunedin conference, an afternoon party and made her a small presentation.

A pianoforte duet was rendered by Mrs. Hunt and Mrs.1 Hirshorne.

Mrs. Anderson won the competition for the best arranged bowl of winter foliage. The competition for the best garmet made out of a flour sack was won by Miss Frier, Mrs. D'Rosa being second. Mrs. Turner ably demonstrated on the art of pine craft

The hostesses for the afternoon were Mesdames Eskey, Grey, Gailey, Hunt, and Hirshorne.
