MISHAP TO THE RANGITANE

LONDON, July 30.

Owing to the shroud of the main driving wheel having broken, the New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Rangitane, which left London on July 24 for Wellington, is proceeding on one engine to Colon, where she is due on August 3. The owners have dispatched spare parts by the liner Manhatten to New York, whence they will be sent by aeroplane to Panama.-
