The ' Christchurch Hunt Club's Annual Meeting will be held at Riccarton tomorrow. Unfortunately, the first two events, minor steeplechases, have drawn, only three acceptors each, but for the remainder of the programme there will be good fields. The rain of the past week has made the course" soft but the indications are for improvement, in the weather. Betting will be on the win<-and-place system. ■• The following horses may be fancied:— . Hunt Cup Steeplechase.—-Royston. Lawford Steeplechase.—Nocturnus. Maiden Stakes.—Sir Hugh, Rousseau, and Thermidor. Homeby Steeplechase.— Royal Limond and Punchestown. , Camla Hack Handicap.—Rose of Tralee, Matoru. and Epic. Longbeach Hurdles.—Val Watch and Salt Spray. .
