LONDON, January 4,
The Ross and Cromarty Conservative committee turned down Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald's candidature and declined to invite him to address a meeting. Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald later announced that he is contesting Ross and Cromarty as a National Government candidate.
