NEUTRALITY BILL
GERMANY NOT TOUCHED
BERLIN, January 4.
An official spokesman says the Neutrality Bill does not touch Germany. "We have nothing, to do with the ItaloAbyssinian conflict/and do not believe President Roosevelt was alluding to Germany, whose dictatorship is different from all others," he said.
