EMPIRE THEATRE, PETONE.
The principal attraction at the Empire Theatre, Petone, is "Kansas City Princess," featuring ■ Joan Blondell, Hugh Herbert, and Glenda Farrell. The picture is a hilarious comedy-romance of two gold-digging manicurists on a jamboree. The second production is the exciting drama, "No Escape," starring lan Hunter and Btnnie Barnes.
