(By Telegraph—Press Association.) TIMARU, January 5. The South Canterbury.Lawn Tennif Association's annual New Year tournament was concluded in fine weather. Championship results, were as follows:—

Men's Singles.—H. A. Barnett, Christchurch, beat I. Corich, Christchurch, 4-6, 6-3, 6-3. Women's Singles.—Miss N. Bishop, Christchurch, beat Miss M. Wake, 2-6, 6-1. 6-1.
