SCHOOL DESTROYED BY FIRE

The Opihi School, situated ■between Hanging Rock Bridge and Pleasant Point, was totally destroyed by iii-J early yesterday afternoon. The schoolhouse nearby was untouched. Opihi is a sole-teacher school. The teacher • Mr. McNaughton) was absent at the time of the fire.
