MELBOURNE, This Day. Wheat is quoted at 3s 10 Jd a bushel, but business is at a standstill owing to the holiday inthe grain trade. Other grain and produce quotations are nominally unchanged. SYDNEY, January 2. Australian wheat growers today received a further advance of U& a bushel for wheat which, with the recent similar increase, brought the value of both silo and bagged gram to 3s lid a bushel, the highest for years. Today's advance was due entirely to the improved condition of overseas,., markets Other quotations are: Potatoes,' Tasmanian, £8 a ton; local, £6. Onions, Victorian Globe, £9 a ton. Maize yellow, 5s Cd a bushel. Flour, £12 2s 6d a ton. Bran, £5 5s a ton. Pollard, £5 10s a toil. , '
