An exact replica of the village of Fort Isaac, a fishing and resort town " on the Cornish coast of England, is ' being constructed in the Santa Monica ' mountains lor scenes of RKO Radio's ' "Sylvia Scarlett," starring Katharine ' Hepburn. Included in the sets, will be ' an old Cornish barn which has been I converted into an artist's studio, an ; orchard of old vintage apple trees, an 1 English picnic grove, and an ancient ' swimming pool. The village is being copied in every detail , from photographs of the town taken recently and Shipped to the art department of the studio. Other scenes in the picture include Hyde Park,. ' the palatial residence of an English .peer, a channel steamer during a* rough crossing from England to France, and a theatrical caravan of the tytfe'which tours, the seaside resorts. V V
