James Douglas Bass, a farm hand, aged 19, was committed to the Borstal Institution for 12 months by Mr. W. F. Stilwell. S.M., in the Magistrate's Court on Tuesday. He stole 3s (3d from clothes in a bathing shed on December 28. and broke the terms of his release on probation.
