MAY COME TO DOMINION
The New Zealander E. N. Kennerley is having a successful time in Sydney with the Tasmanian pacers Emilius Way and Evicus, and at the last thrse meetings the former has registered three wins and the latter two first* and a second.
Evicus won the Harold Park Hand!cap in 4min 27sec. a remarkably good effort for the track, and when beaten a neck by Mulgrave Boy in the Progressive Handicap ran the mile and a quarter at a 2min llsec rate. She ;s by Globe Derby, who has sired approximately 180 winners, including Walla Walla and Auburn Lad, whn both have mile records of 2min 2 2-ssec. Emilius Way, who is a half-brother by the New Zealand horse Emilius to Evicus, won the A.T.C. Handicap for the third year in succession, recording 3min 2sec for 11 furlongs, a race record At Harold Park the pair were driven by W. J. O'Shea, but Kennerley was behind them in their other races. Unless present intentions are altered, Kennerley will race Emilius Way and Evicus at Addington next month.
