United Press Assoclatlon-KBy Electric TeleGraph—Copyright. His Majesty makes no reference to a condition or means whereby this can be achieved, as he wishes to be completely outside the realm of politics, but has intimated that it would' be pleasing to him, in view of the fact that his reign has been notable for friendly feelings between his Dominions, if the Anglo-Irish difference could also be put upon a basis of settlement.
