GENEVA, February 5. The League reports that the world's gold reserves, excluding those of Russia/increased by 900,000,000 gold dollars in 1934.

The United States showed an increase ,of 854,000,000 gold dollars, France 203,000,000, South' Africa 24,000,000, Japan 20,000,000, and Czechoslovakia 13,000,000^

Decreases were shown by Germany 73,000,000, Italy 68,000,000, the Netherlands .33,000,000, -Belgium 32,000,000, and Switzerland 18,000,000.
