warded a copy of the report framed by a national committee under the auspices of the Associated Chambers of Commerce. The text of this report was printed in the '.'Evening Post" of Monday last.
The president of "the' chamber (Mr. D. J. McGowan) said it was a gratifying fact that both of the Wellington newspapers had editorially backed up the report.
Mr. C. J. B. Norwood remarked that the report was a masterly document.
