IMPORTANT ARREST
(Received October 16, 1 p.m.) PARIS,. October 15. A man named Chalny, wanted by tin police in connection with the Marseilles murders, was arrested at the Melun crossroads"' without resistance after a repetition of his previous mistake of overtipping a bartender. Ha was on the point of collapse, having been foodless for four days in which ho wandered in the forest after his escape from the Fontaincbleau buffet.
