MINISTERS REPLACED
PARIS, October 13.
M. Clicioii, who li.'is recently boon much criticised, has spontaneously resigned the Ministry of Justice to facilitate tho reconstruction of Cabinet. M. Doumergue, Premier, has appointed M. Lava! Foreign Minister, M. Rolliu Minister for the Colonies, and M. Marchandeau Minister for the. Interior in succession to M. Sarraut, whose letter of resignation says that his conscience is cleai', but, ■as chief, he is responsible even if ho has done his duty.
M. Lebrun, President, and Marshal Petain, Minister for War, will represent Franco at King Alexander's funeral.
