PROVISIONAL AGREEMENT

A draft provisional agreement has been prepared for submission to the United Kingdom and Norwegian Governments by experts of the two coimIries, who have this week held conversations in tho Foreign Office upon the possibility of establishing a .joint commission to deal with disputes between British and Norwegian fishermen, with I special reference to damage to gear. j Lord (lc la, AViirr, Deputy Minister of Fisheries, today presided over a.
