LONDON, October 1.". The death has occurred of Mr. Willie 'larkson, wignlaker, who has costumed Court tableaux since 1889.
He participated in two of the greatest hoaxes of tho century when «'i student whom he made up as tho Sultan of Zanzibar was given a civic welcome at Cambridge. As a made-up Abyssinian potentate he visited a battleship and was ceremonially received.
