CITY DECORATIONS
(To tho Editor.) Sir, —Tho Princo is about to visit us. The City Council is voting £1000 for decorations and pylons. Wo had the .latter when tho Princo of Wales cauio here, and what a mournful .look they gave the town. Would it not be wiser to uso plenty of bunting, etc., and cut out the pylons?—l am, etc.,
