JOHNSONVILLE CLUB

The Johnsonville Bowling Club's green was declared open by the president, Mr. S. F. Beaumont, who welcomed a rink from the neighbouring Khandallah Club. The green was in fine order. Mrs. Beaumont sent up the first kitty, and Mr. Beaumont the first bowl. A notable absentee was the club's veteran player, Mr. A. Mills. Afternoon tea was served. ■
