Amalgamated .Wireless (Australasia), Ltd., has informed- the New Zealand Stock Exchange • • Association that the directors had declared a final dividend if 6 per cent, on capital., payable on October 29.^ Transfer books will be closed from October 15 to October 29, inclusive. An interim dividend of 4 per cent, was paid on March 23, making the distribution for the year ended June 30 10 per cent., compared with 8 per cent, in 1933, 714 per cent, in 1932, 6 per cent, in 1031. and S per cent, in 1030 and 1920.
