DECISION RESERVED
Mr. Justice Reed reserved his decision in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon on the question of nonsuit raised in the case in which David Simpson claimed " £2000 damages from Vickery and Inkersell, Ltd., for breach of contract of employment. On tho application of counsel his Honour suggested what ho considered would be reasonable terms of settlement', and the case was adjourned until Monday to enable counsel to consider the matter.
