SALVATION ARMY BANDS.

Labour weekend will give an opportunity to Salvation Army bands from various centres to supply public programmes and to meet in conference with the Wellington and suburban bandsmen. It is manyyears since any number of visiting Army bands have met together in this city. Two appearances of the combined bands, numbering nine in all, will take place in the Town Hall, and in the various suburbs bands will play hymns and other music.
