THE MONSTER RETURNS
Reports of brief appearances .of th"« Loch Ness monster in two widely separated spots late at night came to hand at Inverness a few weeks ago. A party of campers who had pitched.their tents for the night near Temple Pier claimto lmvo scon a dark shape about 20ft long move for thirty seconds along tlio sm-face opposite -TTvquhart Castlo about 5.30. They were- Jlr. J. Ha.rtwell nnd Afr. F. C. Adams, Miss Halliday, mid JFiss Thurston. TUey said it was travelling in the direction of- Inverness and left a wake 100 ft lonff. The other appearance wns reported by two motorists, who declined to give their names. They pulled up at. TJrquharti Castlp. They stated, that, about , S o'clock the previous night at Forf Augustus, at the further end of tlia loch, they saw a bin ok object like ail upturned boat moving across the stream for a. few seconds and leaving a trail on the surface.
