LETICIA, June 20.
This jungle village, the subject of -a long dispute between Colombia and Peru, was formally turned over to the Colombia authorities on Tuesday, after one year under the League of Nations Administration. '
The League flag was lowered and the' Colombia flag hoisted) after a toast of friendship had been drunk by representatives of Colombia, Peru, and the League. An agreement to settle the dispute over Leticia peacefully was reached a month ago by Colombian an 4 Peruvian representatives.
