A2O was related in the Police Court when Peter Bryce Cunningham (33), labourer, pleaded guilty to a chafgo of false pretences arid was reminded ineiistod'y until tomorrow so- that a report could lie obtained from tho Probation . Officer. ;
The accused was^ charged that with intent to defraud,jie obtained from Dorothy Willis £20. byr falsely repre: sen ting that :he.was, employed in Hhe. dispensary at Snnnysido .-Mental Hos-' pital, and was being financed/into business by Dr. MeKillop,- and that he was in receipt of a war ponsion.
